IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd in consortium with M/s. Modern Road Makers Private Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) is the preferred bidder for the following projects.
a) Four Laning of Poondiankuppam to Sattanathapuram section of NH-45A with project cost worth Rs2,169cr. The construction period of the project is 730 days and operation period is 15 years. The length of the road is 56.8km.
b) Four laning of Puducherry to Poondiyankuppam section of NH-45A with project cost worth Rs1,296cr. The construction period of the project is 730 days and operation period is 15 years. The length of the road is 38km.
The above projects are to be executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NHDP Phase IV in the state of Tamil Nadu.
