Jet Airways to extend last date submission of Resolution Plan

Jet Airways informed the exchanges post market hours Wednesday that the 5th CoC meeting of Jet Airways (India) Ltd was held on November 19, 2019 and the CoC passed the following key resolutions along with other agendas in the e-voting concluded on November 27, 2019:

1. Extend the last date for submission of Resolution Plan to December 16, 2019.

2. To file an application for the extension of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) by another 90 days in accordance with section 12(2) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Jet Airways (India) Ltd ended at Rs22 up by Rs0.2 or 0.92% from its previous closing of Rs21.80 on the BSE.
