Allahabad Bank, Corporation Bank, Dhanlakshmi Bank soared 7%, 8% and 10% respectively intraday Wednesday after being removed from the PCA framework.
The Reserve Bank of India in its press note informed that the central bank has released Allahabad Bank, Corporation Bank, and Dhanlaxmi Bank from the Prompt Corrective Action (PCA) framework.However, relaxation is subject to certain conditions and continuous monitoring, the RBI said in a press note on Tuesday after market hours.
Allahabad Bank is currently trading at Rs46.80 up by Rs2.95 or 6.73% from its previous closing of Rs43.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs45.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs47.45 and Rs45.05 respectively.
Corporation Bank is currently trading at Rs31.50 up by Rs2.3 or 7.88% from its previous closing of Rs29.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs31.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs32.15 and Rs31.10 respectively.
Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd is currently trading at Rs15.40 up by Rs1.4 or 10% from its previous closing of Rs14 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs15.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs15.40 and Rs14.70 respectively.
